POSITION 1 : ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (AP) / $3.5K - NEGO

💼 EMS / Electronics Manufacturing @ Kallang | 🏢 5 Days Work Week | 📌 Permanent Role

Job Responsibilities:-

• Handle end-to-end Account Payable tasks including E- invoice verification, petty cash and staff claims.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth AP operations.
• Process payment across various payment modes.
• Prepare AP reporting activities including intercompany, bank and vendor reconciliations and Balance Sheet schedules.
• Manage journal entries such as accruals and reclassifications.
• Oversee GST reporting and Fixed Assets management.
• Support AP transformation projects and process improvements.
• Assists in quarterly internal and external audit.
• Improvement payment processes and enhance system efficiency.

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Min 3 years of experience in relevant field / manufacturing environment
• Committed, meticulous, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, must be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasional overtime during payment processing and month-end closing.

POSITION 2 : ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / OFFICER (AP) / UP TO $3K

💼 Small General Insurance Co @ Clarke Quay |🏢 5 Days Work Week | 📌 Permanent Role

Responsibilities :

• To handle AR & function which include invoice generation, payment tracking, collections, reconciliation of accounts, and analysis of AR data.
• Handle AP and others admin duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min LCCI / CAT / Accounting Certifications
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

POSITION 3 : ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / UP TO $4K

💼 MNC - Chemical Industry @ Buona Vista |🏢 5 Days Work Week | 📌 One Year Contract Role

Responsibilities:

• To conduct inventory stock take
• Assist Quarterly GST return preparation
• Bank reconciliation
• Assist and liaise with auditor for audit
• Supplier and customer master file maintenance
• Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance
• Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance – GCMS banking system
• Invoicing & LC Checking
• Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation (GL, AR, AP, FA, Inventory etc)
• Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report
• Assist in month-end closing
• Monetary accounts reconciliation
• Data preparation for survey from government agency (Singstat, EDB etc)
• Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
