Accounts Executive (Based in Miri)

About the Role

Join ParkCity Group (Pantai Bayu Indah Sdn Bhd) as an Accounts Executive, where you will support the full spectrum of accounting and finance work involving compilation, consolidation and analysis of financial data for management decision making & fulfill all statutory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Record and maintain financial accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness and up-to-date accounting records available at all time.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of company’s financial account to ensure compliance of regulations.
• Prepare balance sheet schedules and perform account receivable and account payable reconciliations.
• Monitor the cash flow of the company and assist in completing the cash flow projection of the company.
• Process treasury matters, i.e. petty cash and etc.
• Assist in annual income tax return, tax estimation & tax analysis and etc.
• Assist on annual reporting adhering to the audit requirements.
• Perform full spectrum of accounting for subsidiary companies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in property development industry will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to full set accounts.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and disciplined.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be currently based in Miri. No relocation support provided.
