Accounts Executive

·         Independently manage a portfolio of clients and leading a team to provide high quality services to clients’.

·         Involve in the review of full set of accounts and supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes.

·         Review the SST return.

·         Involve in payment processing,  review of payment vouchers and online payments.

·         Highlight issues related to the accounts for client’s attention and resolving them.

·         Monitor work progress and ensure all jobs are completed on time.

职位职责：

• 独立管理客户组合，并带领团队为客户提供高质量的会计服务。
• 负责审核全套账目（Full Set Accounts）及相关支持文件，以配合审计及税务申报工作。
• 审核销售与服务税（SST）申报表。
• 参与付款流程，包括审核付款凭证（Payment Voucher）及网上付款。
• 主动向客户提出账务相关问题，并协助解决相关事项。
• 监督工作进度，确保所有工作按时完成。

Requirements:

·         Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/Commerce with at least three (3) years of direct working experience in the field of accounting and/or finance.

·         Professional Certificate of ACCA and CPA is desirable

·         Must be proficient in computerised accounting system and Microsoft Excel.

·         Good knowledge of Sales and Service Tax is an added advantage

·         Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

·         High technical ability and analytical skills.

·         Able to manage multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines

·         Proactive, innovative and self driven.

·         Strong leadership, interpersonal and team      management skills

·         Strong sense of integrity and good working attitude

• 持有 ACCA 或 CPA 专业资格者优先考虑。
• 熟悉电脑化会计系统及 Microsoft Excel 操作。
• 熟悉销售与服务税（SST）者将具备优势。
• 具备良好的中英文口头及书面沟通能力，以及表达能力。
• 具备扎实的专业知识、分析能力及解决问题能力。
• 能同时处理多项工作，并在期限内完成任务。
• 工作积极主动、富有创新精神，并具备自我驱动力。
• 具备良好的领导能力、人际沟通能力及团队管理能力。
