Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a sound understanding of accounting principles and taxation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Record and verify purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor cash flow.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process vendor payments and customer collections.
• Prepare GST invoices, e-invoices, and e-way bills as applicable.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings.
• Assist in payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processing.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and inventory accounting records.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
• Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and compliance with company policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime , MS Excel , and Microsoft Office .
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance .
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and independently.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) , Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Retail, Apparel, Handloom, Jewellery, Manufacturing, or FMCG industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting.
