Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, receipts, and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Generate MIS reports and financial statements for management.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• M.Com, MBA (Finance), or relevant certifications are an added advantage.
