Our subsidiary company in recruiting a qualified and motivated individual for the position of Accounts Executive based at Taman Megah, Seremban.

Our subsidiary specializes in car battery retailers, and we are looking for candidates who are passionate, committed, and ready to contribute to a growing and expansion organization.

The role will involve:

• handle full set accounting & financial reporting,
• handle e-invoicing, intercompany reconciliation, accurate posting entries, fixed assets register
• Ensuring proper maintenance of account transactions in compliance to statutory and requirements
• handle audit & tax coordination and liaison with company Secretary, auditor, tax department and other government departments
• Cash flow, payment management, and banking matters,
• Management reporting
• handle tax submission such as prepare audit and tax schedules for year-end finalization.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or professional accounting qualification
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Chinese and English is necessary for effective communication and documentation
• Able to work independently, mature with self initiative and motivation in a fast-paced environment Supportive working environment.
• Good problem solving and able to work perform well under pressure
