Accounts Executive

BKC WeatherSys is looking for a hardworking individual to join its Accounts Team. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required for this position.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
• Maintain all books of accounts including ledger, cash book, bank book, journals, purchase and sales registers.
• Prepare fund flow and cash flow statements.
• File returns related to GST, Professional Tax, and TDS.
• Maintain receipts, payments, and outstanding dues from/to dealers, reconcile accounts, and generate detailed reports.
• Review and finalize accounts.
• Review invoices, bills, bank deposits/payments, payroll, closing stock, accrual and amortization entries.
• Handle accounts receivable including debtors/creditors reconciliation.
• Process import purchases, custom duty vouchers, and project expenses.
• Work with MS Office applications.
• Use Tally Accounting Software and ERP systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree (B.Com or related field preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Professional Tax filings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and ERP software.
