Accounts Executive

• Supervise and coordinate all accounting activities of assigned projects and/or functions, including the preparation of timely and accurate accounts and management reports.
• Verify accounting transactions to ensure expenditures are reasonable.
• Monitor and control budgets set by the Project Director and Head of Department.
• Assist in formulating and implementing finance and accounting policies, methods, and procedures.
• Liaise with debtors and creditors on all financial matters.
• Coordinate with the Project Team and other departments to ensure smooth accounting operations and documentation procedures.
• Ensure proper filing of accounting documents for efficient retrieval of required information.
• Supervise, monitor, appraise, and train subordinates in the team.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

• Recognized Degree/Diploma in Accounting & Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA/MACPA/CIMA or equivalent).

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in accounting functions preferably in Construction Industry.

• Self-motivated, proactive, independent, with good interpersonal skills.

• Preferably a degree holder with a professional accounting qualification.
