Accounts Executive

Job Description:-

• To update accounts transactions accordingly.
• Perform day-to-day accounting operations.
• Update and monitor current bank accounts, HDA accounts and daily cash positions.
• Perform regular balance sheet reconciliations, including inter companies and bank reconciliations.
• To assist in audit matters (eg: preparing and providing documents to auditors) to ensure smooth and successful audit process.
• Update of all creditors’ bills accurately.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, stakeholder & etc.

Job Requirement:-

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance or a professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 - 4 year(s) of relevant working experience preferably with Property Development / Construction industry
• Proficiency in MS Office package (Excel. etc) and experience with property accounting software.
• Strong sense of accounting principles.
• Experience and knowledge in HDA Act
• Knowledge in property development accounts / Withdrawal of HDA acc / stage billing for HDA will be an added advantage.
