Accounts Executive

PCR SDN BHD was established in 1982 as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consultancy firm. You will be required to :

·  Manage full set of accounts using SQL Accounting ensuring seamless collaboration with Auditors, Bankers, Tax Agents and Malaysian Statutory Authorities.

· Maintaining proper financial reports and organized filing systems.

· Proficient in overseeing Project Management Accounts, AR, AP and GL. Familiar with managing all banking matters and E- Invoice implementation.

· Responsible for timely SST Submissions. Managing Corporate Taxation, CP204 submission etc.

·  Handle payroll processing using SQL Payroll software and all HR related functions including handling of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRD Corp, E-filing, etc

. Familiar with managing Communication and Documentations including letter of appointments, confirmation, etc. encompassing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
