🔥 About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of accounting firm experience who is keen to grow in a client accounting / outsourced accounting environment.

This role offers exposure to:

• Full set accounting
• Client-facing communication
• Handling multiple companies

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist / handle full sets of accounts for multiple client companies
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Perform GST submissions and reconciliations
• Liaise with clients on accounting matters
• Support audit, tax, and compliance processes
• Ensure timely month-end closing

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in accounting firm / audit firm
• Basic understanding of full set accounting
• Familiar with GST and financial reporting
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field

• ACCA (in progress or completed)
• Experience using Xero / MYOB / QuickBooks
