What they need
- Handle full set of accounts for four (4) companies independently.
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, invoicing, payments and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation, month-end and year-end closing accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow matters.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant authorities when required.
- Ensure all accounting records and supporting documents are properly maintained and accurately recorded.
