Accounts Executive

We are looking for a Account Executive who will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and invoice management. The role supports the Finance Manager in preparing financial reports, monitoring payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day invoicing, reconciling bank statements.
• Handle accounts receivable, including invoice preparation.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Support the Finance Manager in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Ensure all accounting records are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies.
• Follow instructions and guidelines to ensure smooth daily financial operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong interest in accounting may be considered).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with the team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
