Accounts Executive

We are seeking an Accounts Executive to join our growing Finance team. This role is suitable for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage day-to-day accounting and payment activities. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered for higher responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Accounts Payable independently such as process Purchase Invoice, reconcile payment and etc.
• Update Creditor Aging Report & SOA
• Reconcile Bank Account Payable transaction via Bank Account
• Prepare Monthly Payment and Expenses Claim
• To perform general account analysis on financial activities and update schedule

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SQL or AutoCount is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet deadlines.
