ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for clients from various industries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
• Prepare schedules for audit and taxation purposes.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and compilation reports.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll matters.
• Assist with corporate and individual income tax computations and submissions.
• Support SST and e-Invoice compliance matters.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax authorities and other relevant parties.
• Ensure assignments are completed accurately and within the prescribed deadlines.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL accounting software and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting, taxation, SST and e-Invoice requirements is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess good communication, analytical and time-management skills.
