Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Financial Records:

• Record all financial transactions in Tally or Zoho.

• Prepare and update ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.

• Ensure accurate posting of expenses, sales, receipts, and payments.

• Reconciliation:

• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts regularly.

• Prepare Financial Statements:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow).

• VAT & Taxation Compliance:

• Ensure timely filing of GST/VAT returns and other statutory taxes using the software.

• Maintain records for tax audits and reports.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Support in preparing budget forecasts and comparisons with actual financial performance.

• Accounting Support:

• Assist with preparing audit documentation and collaborating with external auditors.

• Generate and review trial balance reports and other accounting summaries.

• Software Usage:

• Use Tally or Zoho to ensure accurate data entry and maintain the integrity of financial records.

• Automate accounting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.

• Other Duties:

• Ad-hoc tasks and analysis as required by management.
