What they need
Manage full sets of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Declare and submit Sales and Service Tax (SST) to Kastam and prepare SST payments.
Handle filing of related documents.
Liaise with third parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and other related
Support audit, tax submission, and SST/GST-related tasks.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.·
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.·
Hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts.·
Familiar with SQL is an advantage.·
Knowledge of GST/SST entries and reporting. - Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsiblity
Able to work independently, multitask, and meet reporting deadlines.· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
