Accounts Executive

• Handle full sets of accounts and ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, schedules and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations and review of general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations, tax schedules and tax-related information.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow monitoring and financial analysis.
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and cash flow forecasts for management review.
• Liaise with bankers on day-to-day banking matters and banking facilities, including loan drawdowns, repayments, facility renewals and other facility-related issues.
• Prepare and submit documents and information requested by banks in relation to existing and proposed banking facilities.
• Monitor bank facilities, loan balances, interest rates, repayment schedules and facility utilisation.
• To assist in ad-hoc assignments and any other related tasks, as and when assigned by Finance Manager.

Job requirements

• At least a diploma/ degree holder in Finance & Accounting.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in property industry is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interaction skills. Able to communicate well with all levels and work as a team member.
