Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Finance Executive role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining accurate ledgers, and overseeing accounts receivable and payable. The role involves supporting financial planning and analysis, monitoring cash flow, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The Finance Executive will handle financial reporting, ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, and collaborate with internal departments and external auditors. The role requires maintaining organized financial records, identifying process improvements, and providing timely financial insights to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Finance and the preparation and interpretation of Financial Statements.
• Proficient in Financial Reporting, including periodic management reports and regulatory submissions.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for data review, variance analysis, and decision support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field;
• Experience in shipping, logistics, or a related industry is beneficial.
• Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Effective communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an asset.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
