Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain project-wise accounting and costing records.
• Monitor project expenses and assist in project-wise cost analysis.
• Assist management and senior accounts personnel in the finalization of accounts.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
• Assist with taxation-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related information and documents.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime Mandatory.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Good understanding of Bank Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of project-wise costing and accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Presferred Candidate appearing for CA or CMA
