Accounts Executive

Responsibilities: -

• To handle full set of accounts i.e. AP, AR, GL, Cashbook, JV, reconciliation accounts
• To monitor cashflow & ensure payments are made in a timely manner
• To liaise with bankers, company secretary, tax agent, auditors & other local authorities (IRB, KWSP, Perkeso, Custom) and to ensure compliance and timely submission of all statutory related matters e.g. SST filing, tax filing, e-invoicing, Co. Annual return filing
• To prepare the monthly payroll & to ensure compliance and timely submission & payment for EPF, SOCSO, EIS) Year end tax & audit preparation
• To assist & support all aspects in the Finance department
• Ad-hoc assignment/report as required by the management

Requirements: -

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred), min 3-5 years of experience
• Strong attention to details & accuracy
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must)
• Knowledge of Service Tax will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
