Accounts Executive

• Understands the client’s needs and is able to cooperate with internal and external departments
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Communication daily with clients to ensure client’s needs and expectations are met
• Reporting feedback for the team and improvement
• Work closely with our Engineering Team to build a deep understanding of our deliverables, ensure on-time delivery
• Troubleshoot technical issues and engage feedback from our customers to improve our product, to increase customer satisfaction and retention
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Document and maintain sales activity

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications and  IT, or other related field
• High discipline, work hard, detail-oriented, good presentation, and good performance under pressures
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills
• Be able to solve unexpected problems and be good at negotiating
• Willing to learn new things and pass on knowledge
• Passionate about customer service and AI
• Good in English skills, both spoken and written
