Accounts Executive

1. Statutory Compliance: Manage Daily E-Way Bill & E-invoice , GST filings, TDS, PF,
   ESI, and Factory-level tax obligations.

2. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly P&L statements, balance sheets,
   and variance analysis reports.

3. Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and Indian tax laws I-TAX & GST,
   MSME & Labour Laws.

4. Calculating taxes and Co-ordinate with CA submitting GST & Income-Tax returns to
   comply with the law

5. Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the
   confidentiality of the financial data

6. Manage all accounting transactions Like Daily- Sale, Purchase, Payment, Receipt,
   Payroll Entries.

7. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on time to time.

8. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings

9. Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookup and pivot tables, Dashboards, Google
   Sheet Working

10. Keep all trade invoices to ensure that payments are reconciled on a regular basis.

11. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and
    cash flow statements, MIS Report, Stock Report, Monthly Bank Stock Statement.

12. Track raw material costs, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory.
    Software Knowledge

13. Strong proficiency in Busy Accounting Software, Tally, & ERP Software if any

14. Google Sheet, Analytical Tools Like Excel, BI Software if any
    Communication and Presentation Skills

15. Ability to communicate to Directors, Debtors, Creditors, Bankers Etc. on the thought
    and process behind the financial issues in play

16. Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve them under time constraints.

17. Strong analytical skills to solve problems quickly and judiciously

18. Solid understanding of accounting software and basic accounting principles
