Position: Accounts Executive

Company Name: Vivek Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Netaji Subhash Place

Working: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

*Preference: Female candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily transactions, maintain accurate records, and oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate invoices, process employee reimbursements, and maintain voucher records.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of cash and bank accounts.
• Maintain and update financial records in Tally.
• Assist in accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with the finance team for audits and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of experience as an Accounts Executive.
• Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and cash management.
• Proficient in MS Excel for financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
