What they need
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in invoicing and accounting operations.
Key Skills
- Invoicing & E-Invoicing
- E-Way Bills & GST
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Zoho Books / Tally
- Basic Excel & accounting knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer and vendor invoices.
- Handle E-Invoices, IRN and E-Way Bills.
- Verify GST, HSN/SAC, GSTIN and invoice accuracy.
- Manage AP/AR activities and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end activities.
Shift: Rotational | Morning: 9:30 AM6:30 PM (WFO) | Evening: 5:30 PM1:30 AM (WFH)
