Accounts Executive

Our Client:

• Advertising industry
• 5 Days, Office Hours
• Ang Mo Kio
• UP $3500 Basic + AWS + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handling accounts transaction, and assist in audits when necessary, fact checks and resolving discrepancies

• Handle day-to-day recording of payments and prepare reports on AR, AP, & operating expenses

• Prepare monthly management reports, check staff expenses claim & salary report monthly, and manage cost reporting

• Prepare GST reports quarterly and handle maintenance of fixed assets schedule including additions/disposals/depreciation etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 1-3 years of AR, AP, fixed assets & GST experience
