Accounts Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Handle the full set of accounts and monthly closing processes.
• Handle AR, AP, GL, bank, cash, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments
• Prepare and process payments, including checking invoices and supporting documents.
• Prepare and issue invoices and submission e-Invoices, included self-billed e-Invoices where required.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Review P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with audit or tax queries.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

About you

• Minimum LCCI, Diploma or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set of accounts is preferred.
• Knowledge of e-Invoice, payment processing and invoice preparation is an advantage.
• Good computer skill, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good administration, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
