Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position: Accounts Executive
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Handle basic day-to-day accounting work.
• Prepare and maintain purchase and sales bills/invoices.
• Enter and maintain purchase and sales transactions.
• Handle basic cash transactions and entries.
• Maintain customer and supplier account records.
• Check bills, quantities, rates and basic calculations.
• Maintain proper records of invoices, bills and other accounting documents.
• Handle basic debit/credit entries and ledger-related work.
• Assist with routine accounting and office work as required.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding bills and basic account-related matters.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Understanding of debit, credit, purchase and sales entries.
• Basic knowledge of GST and billing.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/computer work.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Product Knowledge – Plumbing & Sanitary

• Candidate should have basic knowledge of plumbing and sanitary materials, or be willing to learn.
• Should be able to understand common products such as pipes, fittings, taps, faucets, sanitaryware, bathroom accessories, valves and related items.
• Knowledge of product names, sizes, units and basic specifications will be preferred.
• Experience in a plumbing, sanitary, hardware or building-material business will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is responsible, accurate, willing to learn and comfortable handling basic accounting and billing work, with an understanding of or interest in plumbing and sanitary products.

Salary: As per experience and skills

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
