Accounts Executive

About the role

This role is responsible for accounts payable and receivable processing, intercompany reconciliation, cashflow management, tax compliance, and general accounting support for two Thailand entities.

Key responsibilities

• Post and process payments for third-party AP invoices and staff claims, verifying approvals and supporting documents according to DOA before payment
• Post and process payments for intercompany AP invoices, verifying approvals and supporting documents according to DOA before payment
• Obtain Statement of Accounts from inter-company suppliers and reconcile with AP Aging in SAP B1
• Resolve disputes with intercompany suppliers
• Upload and match HFM transactions for biannual reconciliation
• Provide monthly cash outflow and inflow forecast for review by Senior Accountant
• Alert Senior Accountant of foreseeable cash flow issues and ensure loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed
• Prepare VAT/WHT filing, certificates, and payments for review by Senior Accountant
• Follow up on collections from customers and record AR transactions in SAP
• Send AR Aging report to Sales and AR incoming report to Senior Accountant monthly

About you

• Degree in Accounting
• Ability to read and communicate in English
• Experience in Financial Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)
• Experience in administration of intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as staff expense claim payments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
