Accounts Executive

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle accounting transactions using Zoho Books.
• Manage sales, purchase, invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
• Handle statutory like GST, TDS, and other basic accounting compliances.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting-related matters.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, statutory like GST, TDS, and Bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
