Accounts Executive

Job Description

• Handle the full set of accounts and perform month-end closing in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor daily bank balances, and update the cash book accordingly.
• Prepare monthly management reports and manage other accounting-related matters as required.
• Assist in audit activities and tax preparation by providing accurate documentation and reports.
• Perform day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma with LCCI / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of related working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Candidates with a manufacturing background are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task, and capable of working independently.
