Accounts Executive

About the Role

PT Smartcom Indonesia Nusajaya is Push-to-talk solution provider for Indonesia, serving mission-critical communications and telecom customers nationwide. We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support the company's day-to-day accounting and finance activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, payment tracking, and maintaining financial records.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities

· Prepare, issue, and track POs, DOs, invoices, and payment records

· Follow up on outstanding and overdue customer payments

· Process and record supplier and customer payments

· Perform basic account and bank reconciliations

· Maintain accurate accounting records and filing

· Assist with month-end accounts and financial reports

· Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on accounts and payment matters

· Support external accountants/auditors when required

· Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned

Requirements

· 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or accounts administration

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Experience with accounting software is an advantage

· Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible

· Good communication skills and able to work independently

· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; working English is an advantage
