What they need
- Handle full set of accounts for assigned properties.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements and management reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and related accounting documents.
- Monitor outstanding payments, collections and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Prepare budgets, cash flow projections and variance analysis.
- Handle property sinking fund and maintenance fund accounts where applicable.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for Joint Management Bodies (JMB), Management Corporations (MC) and property management teams.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, owners and relevant stakeholders when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the management.
