Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and receipt records.
• Handle GST return filing and related compliance activities.
• Handle TDS calculation, filing, and related compliance.
• Assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
• Maintain records and documents required for ITR filing and tax compliance.
• Assist with other statutory compliance activities.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and ITR filing.
• Basic understanding of Income Tax and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
