What they need
Finance Executive
Reports To: Finance Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process month-end balancing and journal entries.
- Complete the month-end process.
- General ledger analysis of accounts.
- Prepare monthly Standard Reporting Package.
- Extend credit to customer and handle wire transfers.
- Prepare sales tax returns for multiple states.
- Process expense reports for employees.
- Prepare weekly inventory reports for Inventory Management.
- Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Process non accounts receivable cash receipts.
Education & Work Experience:
A Bachelors degree in Accounting.
The successful candidate should have excellent computer (Excel) skills, SAP, exposure to finance ERP packages (Tally) exceptional problem solving abilities and good organizational skills.Role & responsibilities
