Accounts Executive

We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. If you have hands-on accounting experience and enjoy working in a supportive, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Process supplier invoices, customer invoices, payments, receipts, debit/credit notes and other accounting entries.
• Match and verify POs, DOs and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Follow up on customer collections and monitor outstanding payments.
• Perform bank, supplier and customer account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing, accounting schedules and financial reports.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process payments via bank transfer/online banking.
• Handle SST-related documentation and submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal teams on payment and invoice matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Support other accounting and administrative matters when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Familiar with AP, AR and general accounting processes.
• Experience with SQL Accounting System is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and well-organised.
• Able to work independently while also being a good team player.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage for communication with customers and suppliers.
