Accounts Executive

Greetings from Subsurface Equipments Pvt Ltd.

We are looking for Accounts Executive for Kolkata office,

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Prepare and process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Maintain ledgers and ensure accurate bookkeeping and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
• Support preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and related schedules.
• Assist with tax and statutory compliance, including GST/TDS or other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, receipts, and accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualification: B.COM/M.COM

Experience- 1-3 years of Experience in Accounting field, Good in Excel
