Accounts Executive

About the role

Accounts Executive role in a food processing company based in Senoko, responsible for managing accounts payable functions including invoice processing, supplier payments, and reconciliation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, credit notes and payment documents.
• Perform matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and supplier invoices.
• Prepare payment schedules and process payments to local and overseas suppliers.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist with month-end closing, accruals and Accounts Payable reports.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

About you

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Accounts Payable or accounting roles is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
