Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, financial documentation, reconciliations and statutory compliance-related work.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Perform expense booking and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform GST data reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
• Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.
• Maintain proper books of accounts and financial records.
• Coordinate for accounting-related queries and documentation.
• Manage professional email communication with internal and external parties.
• Prepare and maintain accounting reports as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting activities.
• Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day financial operations.

Required Skills

• Practical knowledge of accounting operations.
• Expense booking and accounting entries.
• Bank reconciliation.
• GST data reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of TDS.
• Good MS Office / Excel skills.
• Good email communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Candidate Profile

• B.Com graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Practical accounting experience is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
