Accounts Executive

• Maintain full sets of accounts.
• Issue AR invoices and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare month end closing and cash flow management.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements for a group of companies.
• Corporate Secretary matters.
• Treasury bank function included daily update of bank balances.
• Prepare GST reporting for manager submission.
• Group Control and Compliance.
• Group weekly cash flow update.
• Group IPT update.
• Group reporting.
• Companies reporting matters.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
• Responsible, committed, and a team player
• Familiarity with Globe3 is preferred
