About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, purchase and sales entries, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting, billing, reconciliation, and financial records.
• Coordinate with vendors and support sourcing activities.
• Process purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and purchase orders.
• Manage vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting matters.
• Understand basic production processes and assist with ground-level coordination.
• Support in sales improvement and surplus/scrap sales.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and cost accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• B.Com or equivalent qualification.
