Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities- Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally ERP and accounting software.

• Record daily accounting transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and vendor ledgers.- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing activities.

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all financial records. Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile- 13 years of experience in accounting and finance.- Experience in GST filing, TDS compliance, and financial reporting.- Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
