Accounts Executive

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive to manage key accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger, accounts receivable and payable, inventory reconciliation, and month-end closing.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review general ledger accounts daily to ensure accurate accounting records and proper cost allocation.
• Prepare and review trial balances and financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and oversee month-end closing activities, including the preparation of financial schedules and supporting documents.
• Reconcile SAP physical inventory records with financial ledgers and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Supervise accounts receivable activities, including bill-wise receivables, customer balances and ageing analysis.

Requirements:

• HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an accounting role, preferably in a manufacturing set-up.
• ACA qualification is an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) and Microsoft Excel.
