About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. Depending on business needs and individual strengths, you may be assigned to Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or General Ledger (GL) functions.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, supporting month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AR, AP, or GL accounting functions, including invoicing, payment processing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare audit schedules, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and auditors.
• Support ERP enhancements, system integration, and process improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AR, AP, GL, or full-set accounting.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/SFRS and accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Oracle).
• Experience in ERP implementation, migration, or system integration projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Adaptable and willing to rotate across accounting functions based on business needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/SFRS)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems; system integration experience is a plus
• Self-driven, accountable, and able to take ownership of tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute across different finance functions

Note:

• RELOCATION TO TAMPINES IN JULY 2026 / AUGUST 2026
• This position will be permanently based in Tampines from July/August 2026 onwards
• Able to career progress in this role
