Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording accounting transactions, performing bank and ledger reconciliations, and supporting monthly and year-end closing activities. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, and MS Excel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Record and maintain accounting transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Perform ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in books of accounts.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Have basic knowledge of GST and TDS and assist with related compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for accounting-related queries.
• Assist in preparing basic reports and schedules as required.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Bank Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Tally software .
