Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a careful and responsible Accounts Executive to support the daily accounting and finance operations of our Singapore outlet(s). The role will work closely with the Malaysia HQ team, external auditors and Singapore tax agents.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily sales reconciliation, AP, AR and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in monitoring outlet cash flow.
• Handle payment arrangements.
• Prepare monthly accounting schedules, P&L, balance sheet and management reports.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documents required for year-end audit.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on accounting, audit and tax matters.
• Assist with statutory requirements where applicable.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

About you

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• F&B or retail accounting experience will be an advantage.
• Able to handle basic/full-set accounting.
• Good spoken and written Mandarin is required for communication with China-based stakeholders.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently on routine accounting matters.
