Accounts Executive

Havil International School is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to manage the school's day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including processing orders, invoices, and payments (registration, tuition, deposits, and other fees)

• Handle petty cash and cheque book management for school expenses

• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and management accounts

• Assist with tax computation, audits, and liaison with tax agents/auditors

• Support purchasing processes, budget tracking, and credit control

• Manage staff insurance and student withdrawal/refund processes

• Maintain confidentiality of financial, staff, and student data at all times

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 2+ years of relevant accounting/bookkeeping experience (experience in an educational institution is a plus)

• Familiarity with payroll processing, EPF/SOCSO/tax regulations in Malaysia

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills for liaising with staff, parents, and external parties

• Possess a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
