Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to handle Full Set of Accounts, GL, AR and AP independently.
• Review and analyze customers, suppliers and stock aging reports.
• Prepare and control AR receipt and AP payment.
• Handle banking matters like LC, TT and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and monitor daily cash flow
• Prepare timely and accurate accounts, forecast and management reports within stipulated time.
• Analyse monthly financial reports by key performances
• Maintain proper record keeping and organize filing system.
• Forecast, plan and prepare tax computation and submission.
• Liaise with Auditors and Tax Agent
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking from an Institution of Higher Learning.
• At least 5 year(s) working experience in related field preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Candidate who has previous working experience in an audit or tax firm is an added advantage
• Proficient in Ms Office Excel, Words and Power Point.
• Good in report writing and able to do financial/accounting presentation to the management.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A team player, alert, observant, analytical, independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
