Accounts Executive

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking qualified candidates in Accounting. The role entails providing support for business outsourcing activities, include but not limited to accounting, payroll processing.

For senior positions, responsibilities may include reviewing the work of junior team members, offering guidance, leading the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To prepare monthly accounts & associated reports;
• To process monthly payroll, prepare payroll summary reports and payslips;
• To comply with required accounting and auditing standards, as well as the Employment Act for payroll processing;
• To provide independent verification of clients' compliance with accounting principles;
• To develop and maintain long-term client relationships;
• To possess the flexibility to cope with very diversified assignments, as well as to handle multiple assignments;
• To perform ad hoc duties as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification;
• Fresh Graduate (Junior) / At least 2 years of working experience in the accounting industry or with audit experience background (Senior);
• Good communication, planning and organizational skills;
• Able to write and speak clearly in English;
• Preferably Mandarin speaking candidates as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients;
• Work independently, well team player and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• Travelling may be required depending on the assignments;
• Experienced candidates are welcomed to apply for higher positions.
