Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Perform OPERATIONS (financial, audit and tax activities) involving Billing, Collection, Payment, Cash-Flow Management, Banking, Book-Keeping, Various Tax Returns.
2. Maintain ACCURATE and COMPLETE Real-Time RECORDS and REPORTING.
3. Enforce STRICT DISCIPLINE to ensure DATA VALIDITY, COMPLETENESS, consistency, reliability and compliance.
4. Build POLICIES, INTERNAL CONTROL mechanism to ensure effectiveness of needed controls, accuracy and compliance.
5. Ensure EXTERNAL COMPLIANCE (statutory, regulatory, legal entity).
6. Budgetory CONTROL. Monitor actual cost and variances. Report on findings.
7. Drive CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT towards LEAN operation.
8. Undertake special projects from time to time.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good verbal and written English communication skills.
2. Prior experience with accounting software ( Tally, etc. ).
3. Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word ).
4. Able to work independently.
5. Willingness and eagerness to learn.
6. Strong analytical skills, careful and high attention to details.
7. Ensure completeness and accuracy of data.
8. Embrace change; comfortable and effective at challenging the status quo.
9. Offer new perspectives; constantly look for new ways to achieve results.
10. Strong organizational and execution skills. Proven ability to work under deadlines.
